What an exciting week at Prospect Ridge. Our very first homeowner has just been given the keys to her new place and can now officially call Prospect Ridge home! Our team was on site yesterday to welcome first-time homeowner Jo-Anne O. to her new townhouse.

Wow is construction moving fast at Prospect Ridge in Evansview! We’re even getting ready for the first possessions to happen! Both buildings 8 and 1 have there possession dates set, and the first possession will be starting this Wednesday! Everyone is getting very excited to move into their new homes at Prospect Ridge!
