2/6/2012New Release - On the Courtyard
After much anticipation, we are announcing the release of a new building at Prospect Ridge in Evansview.As the first of only two buildings lining the central courtyard, homes in the newly released building feature a balcony looking onto the courtyard below and a walk out garage, this provides you with direct access to the paths, benches and green space in the private courtyard. With the release of these seven homes, all three of our amazing floorplans are now available, including the in-demand Topaz model!
